Bio Anthony Dearth
Mr. Dearth holds the position of Chief, Aircraft Division with the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls Licensing, where he is responsible for managing the team adjudicating all export licensing requests involving USML Categories VIII of the International Traffic in Arms Regulation. These duties involve providing authoritative guidance and direction to government agencies and defense industry to ensure compliance with federal statutes and regulations. He is currently on detail managing the DDTC implementation of Department of Defense USXPORTS system within the Department of State as the single IT system for adjudication of export license requests, fulfilling one of the four pillars of the Administration's Export Control Reform (ECR) effort. He has been with DDTC for 9 years.
