We are proud to announce that NASA Deputy Administrator Lori Garver will be a featured keynote speaker at ISPCS 2012. Ms. Garver's recent trip to Japan coincided with the successful berthing of Space X's Dragon capsule with the ISS - a feat that excited the Japanese almost as much as NASA. Ms. Garver will discuss commercial space, international cooperation and the importance of NASA's choice to lead global space activity.
