Blog - ISPCS Panel on Funding Sources for Space Investments

Raising capital to support a commercial space business strategy is a challenge for nearly all entrepreneurs. Lee Rand, Partner with Sun Mountain Capital, will lead a discussion by three business executives on the questions to ask investors, the different paths for different business models and the challenges of finding funding source. The panelists are:

•Grant Anderson, VP of engineering and co-founder of Paragon Space Systems.
•Mark Sirangelo, EVP of Sierra Nevada Corporation and chair of the Commercial Space Federation.
•Tim Pickens, chief propulsion engineer and commercial space advisor for Dynetics.
