Growing Community Partnership Luncheon
Thanks to all of you who made ISPCS 2011 such a success by attending and taking part in the conference! We at the New Mexico Space Grant Consortium work and worry to organize the symposium, but the day finally comes to show your team what you have been working on. You, the ISPCS participants, are the team we are working for. Beginning with the Tuesday night Opening Reception and extending through the two days of the symposium, ISPCS goes by so fast! All the work to get the talks ready, the booths shipped, the travel authorizations finished finally come together. Then you leave, and I wish it were not over so quickly.
This year we will stay in touch to keep you informed of progress in our industry. We will webcast all the presentations. I will email you when we post them to the website.
The photographs are up on the website now, and more will be coming. You all look so engaged! I am so grateful for all of the work that went into making this meeting the best event we have had so far. Please know that it is a privilege to be working with you to create a future for the spaceflight industry.
We have work to do before we meet again next year. Please stay in touch with me, and with each other. There is an election coming up that could have a long-term impact on everyone’s business. Think about what you want to accomplish, who will help, and should you need my help, please write. This industry requires all of our effort.
Please plan to participate in ISPCS 2012, mark your calendar for October 17-18, 2012.
Mil gracias!
