• Spaceport America and the concept of space flight is new to NM and the taxpayers who paid for it.  How would you recommend the Spaceport people and tenants build trust with the local rural residents of Southern NM?  Ramifications – if trust is not built?
• “Trust but verify” – is that contradiction?
• A Russian proverb says, “Trust, but verify.”  What’s your interpretation of that?
• The Russians say “Doveriay no proveriay” – Trust but verify!  Think Bernie Madreff and such!
