6.11.13- Is there a there, there?   In the early 20th Century, research on electromagnetism eventually brought us the consumer electronics, wireless and satellite communications industries. Now, we are reaching another critical time in history. Commercial spaceflight is evolving in parallel with commercialization of the International Space Station (ISS). The ISPCS audience will hear from the leaders of our industry why understanding gravity, and its absence, is an evolving step yet to be taken in the commercialization of space. We will learn where synergy exists and where risk and reward coexist.  At ISPCS 2013, Duane Ratliff, Chief Operating Officer for the Center for Advancement of Science in Space (CASIS) will address a big question about conducting research in microgravity: "Is there a there, there?" He will discuss management of the ISS U.S. National Lab and examine the risks and rewards of conducting scientific research on this unparalleled platform for innovation.

6.10.13- Learn why commercial space transportation is a vital component to the future of human space exploration. Visit:  http://goo.gl/e2UiD

5.31.13- ISPCS provides an annual call to action, with ongoing motivation throughout the year, for attendees to focus on increasing access to space for mankind. This year’s objective is to address strategies for managing the risks and reaping the rewards of the rapidly evolving commercial space industry.

5.29.13 Momentum is building in commercial space. The announcement of SpaceX’s plans to become a tenant at Spaceport America coupled with the successful powered flight of Virgin Galactic’s SpaceShip2 at Mojave Air and Space Port show synergy is evolving in public-private partnerships

5.28.13  Sierra Nevada’s Dream Chaser looks like it’s next in line to test. Boeing completed the preliminary design review of the CST-100’s Launch Vehicle Adapter in April. Now we can observe that the role of government in spaceflight is shifting from sole provider to partner. Risk is being shared. Register Now to Attend ISPCS 2013
